Stephen had his first solo show
at the invitation of Lock Haven University. |
The show is hung and ready for the opening! The gallery is in the main lobby of the arts center, so it will get a lot of traffic. |

About seventy students and faculty attended the artist's talk. |
After the talk, Stephen gave away several hundred free moneyart prints to lucky students and faculty.
In his talk, Stephen described how a dream in 1993 started him on his journey of making moneyart. In that dream, Stephen set up a table in the NYC subway and gave away a large amount of strange and beautiful money. To honor that dream, and to come full circle, Stephen set up a table at the opening and gave away free moneyart. |

At one point, it was a full-on feeding frenzy! |
After the artist's talk, students and faculty got a closer look at the works described in the talk. |
It was a wonderful opening,
and thanks to all who attended!
