The obverse of the Empire of America note depicts Victory spreading the American flag across the globe, as warships sail out to battle beneath her. The caption at the top reads A New American Century, referencing the Project For a New American Century, the blueprint for today's foreign policy.

Empire of America notes are similar to US currency size: measuring 2 5/8 x 6". They come packaged in standard US size archival plastic holders. Each Two Dollar note is printed on blue "copy-proof" paper stock
by a high resolution laser printer and is hand finished by the artist. Every note has a unique serial number hand-stamped in blue ink and a seal printed in green ink.
